　　思想政治工作一直以来都是我党工作的重要内容和政治优势，党的领导主要靠思想政治工作来实现，只有做好思想政治工作，才能保证党的各项政策顺利实施，它是指导社会经济发展和社会主义建设的准绳。农村思想政治工作作为全党的思想政治工作的重要组成部分，是推动农村经济建设和农村精神文明的思想潜动力。我国不仅是一个人口大国，而且是一个农业大国，农民在 13 亿人口中占据 8 亿人口， 解决“三农”问题关系到国民经济和社会发展，关系到国家富强和民族复兴，要把发展农业和农村经济、增加农民收入，作为经济工作的重要内容，而经济欠发达农村地区的发展又是农村经济发展的重中之重。经济欠发达地区农民思想政治工作是党的农村思想政治工作的核心任务，这些地区的农村思想政治工作存在不少问题，解决这些问题迫在眉睫。因此，做好经济欠发达地区农民思想政治工作，将农民的思想统一到党的主流思想上，充分调动农民的生产积极性和创造力，让经济欠发达地区农村的农民全心投身于构建社会主义和谐社会的浪潮中，做好经济欠发达地区农民思想政治工作仍然是任重而道远。
　　
　　本文采用了文献研究归纳法、问卷调查法、交叉研究法和非数量分析法等多种研究方法，在视角、观点和方法上进行了创新。首先，结合当前我国的基本国情、农村现状和农村发展特色，综合国内外学者对经济欠发达地区农民思想政治工作的重要理论研究，对有关经济欠发达地区农村思想政治工作研究的相关概念进行阐述，对相关理论也进行探索，其次，研究的重点工作在本文的后三部分：
　　
　　主要以江西省都昌县的农村为例，对当地农民进行问卷调查的方式，然后结合国家统计和发布的有关数据，插入相应的表格，总结和分析出经济欠发达地区农村思想政治工作中存在的具体问题，分析存在这些问题的原因。本文的最后一部分：
　　
　　通过研究工作，针对经济欠发达地区农村思想政治工作中存在的问题，提出解决问题的对策：合理构建工作机制，加强农村保障机制；完善相关激励机制，建立基层领导责任制；强调坚持马克思主义指导思想，弘扬中华传统美德。最后，应用科学的方式指导农民思想，联系农村实际，选准着力点，搞好农村经济，达到做好经济欠发达地区农村思想政治工作的目的。

Theunderdeveloped rural areas is a top priority for rural development and farmers surviveChina, there is a big problem of ideological and political situation of farmers, iscurrently the key problems to be solved, is the core task of the party's ideological andpolitical work in rural areas . So do ideological and political work among the peasants,farmers will unify the party's mainstream thinking thought up, and fully mobilize theirproduction enthusiasm and creativity, so that the less developed rural areas equallyenthusiastic to join in building a socialist harmonious society among mainstreamwave, become a major task of ideological and political work in rural long way to go.
