　　本文透过马克思主义大众化的视角分析和研究军队思想政治教育。从马克思主义大众化的视角出发，充分阐述马克思主义、马克思主义大众化的基本概念，充分叙述军队思想政治教育的概念，叙述军队思想政治教育的基本内容及基本制度，认真梳理马克思主义大众化与军队思想政治教育的相互关系，并指出二者密切联系、相互统一、相互区别的内在关系，指出二者内在的实践的统一于树牢军魂，听党指挥和坚持党对军队绝对领导的伟大实践之中。
　　
　　同时以马克思主义大众化视域下军队思想政治教育的发展历程作为思想源泉，追根溯源、以史为鉴，寻求历史脉络，仔细阐述发展历程。以不同的历史阶段作为区分的标准，分阶段、分时期详细叙述发展历程。通过了解历史、总结经验、吸取教训，进而在二者发展的历程中汲取养分，为马克思主义大众化视域下军队思想政治教育提供更加宝贵的指导思想。
　　
　　结合当前的社会形势和部队自身环境，以部队思想政治教育的现实情况为依据，认真查找存在的现实问题。指出当前军队思想政治教育中存在着形式仍需继续改进，内容仍需不断丰富，实效性、针对性仍需切实加强的问题。并仔细寻找现实问题存在的深刻原因，指出其受社会转型影响，兵员结构的调整，科技发展冲击和不良作风的腐蚀导致了现实问题的存在。
　　
　　最终以马克思主义大众化视域下军队思想政治教育的理论研究为依据，结合实际给出相应的对策建议。指出要坚持马克思主义关于人的全面发展学说，改进和完善军队思想政治教育的形式。要坚持马克思主义与时俱进的理论品质，不断丰富和充实军队思想政治教育的内容。要坚持马克思主义实事求是的思想精髓，切实增强军队思想政治教育的实效性、针对性。并指出通过发扬教育民主，完善工作机制，拓宽教育载体，深化理论研究，拓展理论视野，充实教育内容，提高能力素质，创新方式方法，健全评估机制等途径和方法解决所面临的现实问题。
