　　开封是天下闻名的八朝古都，也是中华名城和国务院公布的第一批历史文化名城。整个市区存在着众多的文物，其中不少是各级文物保护单位，其中国家级文物保护单位就有 19 处，省级、市级、县（区）级文物保护单位则是达几百处。在开封城中，文化气息浓郁的古街巷以及与古街巷息息相关的古建筑物更是遍及整个城区。近些年以来，从中央到地方的各级政府在保护开封文物古迹方面投入很大，其中投入到仿古性建筑修复和单体建筑修建方面则是最多，但是对于那些最能展现真实开封古城面貌的古街巷及附属物的维护却有所忽视。盲目的新建、改建建筑与道路，也使得开封古街巷的整体格局遭到了不同程度的戕害。古街巷能否长久地保留下去及怎么持续发挥其历史文化作用是当下急需关注的问题。近段时间，经过对开封的古街巷进行的细致探访和对居住在街巷两边居民进行的仔细造访，发现其间存在着许多不利于古街巷的开发和维护并需亟待解决的问题。这篇文章侧重从探析开封古街巷的历史沿革、特征、分类及其所承载的街巷文化，文化资源和风水传说两个视角下对开封的街巷文化进行细致剖析，分析开封古街巷的现状和存在的问题，探论如何科学地对开封古街巷进行开发和保护，传承街巷文化中与社会主义和谐社会倡导的文化精神契合。希望本文的浅见能够在一定程度上促进对开封古街巷问题的研究，在理论和实践上起到抛砖引玉的作用。

　　Abstract
　　
　　Kaifeng is the world famous ancient capital of eight dynasties and the Chinese city, the StateCouncil announced the first batch of historical and cultural city of cloth. The city there are: nationalheritage conservation units around, the provincial heritage conservation unit eighteen, city, county levelcultural relic protection unit one hundred and sixty-three. In Kaifeng City, rich cultural atmosphere Laneold streets, and the streets is closely linked, the more numerous ancient buildings throughout the downtown.
　　
　　Over the years, government departments at all levels to invest a lot in Protect the Cultural Relicsmonuments, among them into antique repair and build up and carry out the maintenance of the monomer,but to maintain with streets and affixed to show the real city appearance is not important. Reconstruction ofnew, blind, also makes the pattern of Kaifeng Ancient Street Lane suffered varying degrees of damage. Thetraditional streets can survive and how to continue to play its historical and cultural function is theimportant problem for a long time. Close paragraph of time, careful inquiry through the high streets andback lanes of Kaifeng, and to live in the street residents on both sides carefully visit, found there are manydeveloping and maintenance is not conducive to the streets, need urgent questions. This article focuses onthe history and the actuality of Kaifeng streets, discuss the maintenance and development of the Kaifengstreets, I hope this research could promote the study on Kaifeng streets problem, play a valuable role, play acertain role in theory and practice.
