　　摘 要： 马克思主义进入我国后，与我国历史发展的各个阶段的现实需求都有着密切的结合及应用，从而形成丰硕的理论结晶，而科学发展观则是建立在马哲理论基础上的符合我国当前社会经济发展的新的理论依据。

　　科学发展观是以胡锦涛为首的党中央第三代领导人执政和应对当时社会经济发展要求而提出来的，这是传承于两代领导队伍的最新理论思想成果，吸取了马列主义世界观和方法论中关于发展的核心思想，对我国当前及将来的社会与经济的进一步发展起着指明灯的作用，同时也是我国在进行整个社会主义事业的建设时应该长期遵循的战略性重要理论思想。它通过定义什么是第一要义、何为发展核心、什么是基本要求以及根本大法是什么来系统说明什么是科学发展观，集中体现了唯物主义世界观、方法论、价值观对我国发展的指导作用，这是科学发展观之所以“科学”的世界观方法论的哲学基础。

　　发展是硬道理，解决中国所有问题的关键在于发展。进入到全新的时期，全新的形式和新的历史任务摆在我们面前，共产党顺应民意构建小康社会，从党和国家事业发展的大局出发，要求树立并落实科学发展理念，坚持“以人为本”.科学发展观在马克思主义哲学的基础上，对经济社会的客观发展规律作了深刻揭示，体现了我党对于发展这一问题的全新认识。

　　Abstract

　　After Marxist entering our country,every stage of the real demand of the historicaldevelopment of our country is closely combined with the application, thus forming afruitful theoretical crystallization, and the concept of scientific development is the latestachievements based on the philosophy theory conforms to China's current economic andsocial development.

　　Concept of scientific development has the theoretical foundation of historicalmaterialism, how to correctly understand and apply the concept of scientific developmentmust be deeply grasp the materialist dialectics. The fundamental of concept of scientificdevelopment is people-oriented concept put forward, on the basis of this idea, however,still need to return to historical materialism.

　　So the thorough analysis in this paper, the content of historical materialism theory isvery necessary. Only in this way can accurately grasp the important position ofhuman-oriented in the concept of concept of scientific development, and must realize thebasic idea that people's dominant role in our socialist construction, at the same time topay more attention to the power of people on the side of ideology, they are the mostdirect force to constantly promote development of socialist economy society, so thestarting point for successfully construction of socialism is to fully protect the basic rightsand interests of people, and the ultimate goal of China's socialist is to guarantee and meetthe people's interests and needs.

　　Concept of scientific development is the theory of crystallization to the leadingcollective of the party's third generation response to the current national economic andsocial development inherited from the collective thought results of the two generation ofleadership, refine the core idea to development of Marxist world outlook andmethodology, have a long-term guiding function on China's current and future socialeconomic development, and follow the strategic idea for the whole socialist construction.

　　Expounded the connotation of development is the first point, the people-oriented is thecore, comprehensive coordination and sustainable is the basic requirement, overallconsideration is fundamental methods, epitomize the guidance function of materialismworld outlook, methodology, values to China's development, this is the concept ofscientific development is the philosophical basis of “scientific” world view methodology.
