    摘 要

　　习近平主席曾指出：“中国特色社会主义植根于中华文化沃土……有深厚的历史渊源和广泛现实基础”.传统文化中的很多观点和传统哲学思维为科学发展观提供了宝贵的思想资源，毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想和科学发展观是在中国优秀传统文化的土壤中发展起来的，其内涵都可以在传统文化中追溯到原形。从文化角度讲，科学发展观与我国优秀传统文化存在必然联系。建设文化强国，弘扬优秀传统文化是一种责任也是时代的需要。

　　本文在学习学术界关于科学发展观与传统文化研究成果的基础上，以科学发展观与优秀传统文化的必然联系为主线进一步研究二者的关系。文章共分成四部分：第一章是绪论，整体介绍了研究背景、意义、方法以及创新点；第二章强调了科学发展观和优秀传统文化的重要性以及二者之间的必要联系，证明实现二者的协调发展，在我国文化强国道路上缺一不可，主要分为科学发展观对我国发展的主体导向作用、优秀传统文化是我国最深厚的文化软实力以及科学发展观离不开优秀传统文化的土壤；第三章介绍了科学发展观是对传统文化的革故鼎新、根植于优秀传统思维基础上的科学发展观，以及二者紧密联系符合马克思主义本质要求；第四章从优秀传统文化和科学发展观出发为二者相融共生建言献策，与文章前两部分相呼应，不仅对增添传统文化的活力和竞争力有深刻意义，而且有利于助力我国民族发展。

　　Abstract

　　President Xi Jinping has pointed out: “China socialism is rooted in the fertile soilof Chinese culture…… With a long history and deep foundation in reality”. Manyideas in traditional culture and traditional philosophy thinking provides the ScientificOutlook On Development with valuable resources. Mao Zedong thought, DengXiaoping theory and “Three Represents” important thought and the Scientific Outlookon Development developed.upon the soil of Chinese outstanding traditional culture,ofWhich content can be traced back to the original. From a cultural perspective,the scientific concept of development and China's excellent traditional culture is bound to contact. To build a cultural power, it is a kind of responsibility and the need oftimes to carry forward the excellent traditional culture.

　　Based on studying the academic circles on the research results of ScientificOutlook on Development and traditional culture, This paper further studies therelationship between the Scientific Outlook on Development and the excellenttraditional culture, with the main line of the relationship between thetwo. The paper is divided into four parts: the first chapter is the introduction, whichgenerally studies its research background, significance, methods and innovationpoints. The second chapter emphasizes the importance of scientific development concept and the excellent traditional culture and the necessary connection between the two,which proves that the coordinated development of the two is indispensable to theroad of China's cultural power. The main view is divided into guiding role, Thedevelopmentof China's scientific development of China's outstanding traditional culture is the most profound cultural soft power and Scientific Outlook on Development cannot do without excellent traditional culture; the third chapter introduces the Scientific Outlook on Development is the scientific development of the traditional culture of innovation, rooted in the excellent traditional thinking on the basis of view, as well as the two closely linked with Marx's essential requirements; the fourth chapter from theexcellent traditional culture and Scientific Outlook on Development starting for thetwo symbiotic suggestions,being the echoes of the first two parts, not only has theprofound significance to add the vitality and competitiveness of traditional culture,but also help boost the development of our nation.
