　　摘 要

    科学发展观一经提出，即得到社会各方面的高度重视，对其解读是多方面的，也取得了丰硕的成果，为推进科学发展奠定了深刻的理论基础。但对科学发展观与发展哲学，特别是马克思主义发展哲学的关系探讨并不多见。应当说，建构科学发展观与马克思主义发展哲学的逻辑关系非常关键，是科学发展观理论化的重要步骤。

　　从发展观与发展哲学的概念厘定为切入点，初步构建起发展观与发展哲学的逻辑关联，进而对国外与新中国以来的发展观进行发展哲学的一般性解读。以科学发展观的反思与建构的双重视角揭示科学发展观与马克思主义发展哲学的内在一致性关系，从而论证科学发展观是马克思主义发展哲学中国化的重大理论成果，并在马克思主义发展哲学视域揭示科学发展观的哲学意蕴和深刻的现实价值与深远的历史意义。在经济发展、创新驱动、法治建设、公共政策四个维度探讨了深入推进科学发展，进一步丰富发展马克思主义发展哲学的四个指向。相信马克思主义发展哲学将在中国全面深化改革中起到观念引领的作用。

    Abstract

    Once the scientific outlook on development is put forward, it attracts high attention from allsectors of society. There are various interpretations, which has also made plentiful andsubstantial achievements and founded the profound theoretical basis for the promotion ofscientific development. However, the discussion about scientific development outlook anddevelopment philosophy, especially about the relation of Marxism development philosophy, ishardly conducted. It can be said that the construction of the logical relationship betweenscientific development outlook and Marxism development philosophy is extremely crucial,which is an important step of theorizing scientific outlook on development.

　　From the point cut of concept determining, the logic relationship between developmentoutlook and development philosophy will be initially built up so as to conduct the generalinterpretation of development outlook in foreign countries and that since the founding of newChina through development philosophy. The relationship of intrinsic consistency of scientificdevelopment outlook and Marxism development philosophy can be revealed from the doubleperspective of retrospection and construction of scientific outlook on development, therebydemonstrating that scientific development outlook is the magnificent theoretical achievement ofsinicizing Marxism development philosophy and revealing the philosophical connotation,profound practical value and historic significance of scientific development outlook through theangle of Marxism development philosophy. From the four dimensions of economic development,innovation-driven, legal construction and public policy, this paper explores four directions ofthoroughly deepening scientific development outlook and further improving and developing thefour aspects of Marxism development philosophy.
