　　中文摘要

　　日本通过日俄战争，强占了抚顺煤矿，后经由满铁经营。满铁作为日本政府在中国东北地区成立的国策会社，得地利的优势条件，在攫取到抚顺煤炭开采权的前提下，较早地开始了对抚顺地区煤炭资源的勘探、开采。在其经营抚顺煤矿的近 40 年里，满铁对掠夺抚顺煤炭资源做了详细的勘察，进而制定了详细的计划。满铁为满足日本陆海军对资源的强烈需求，倾其全部力量，对抚顺煤矿进行了地毯式的搜刮掠夺。这也足以对满铁的掠夺性质予以充分暴露。

　　在满铁对抚顺煤矿控制的近 40 年时间里，从抚顺煤矿开采掠夺的煤达 2 亿吨，从抚顺煤矿获取的总利润高达 2 亿 6 千多万日元。其中运往日本国内用以发展其重工业，特别是军事工业的高达 3200 万吨。满铁利用这些掠夺来的煤炭资源，既发展了其殖民地经济以及日本国内军需工业，又对日本发动的侵略战争提供了重要的能源资源。

　　在近 40 年的时间里，满铁按照制定的计划，对抚顺煤炭资源进行了掠夺式的开采，从抚顺煤矿榨取了大量财富，对抚顺煤矿的工人进行残酷的压榨和剥削，其实行的滥采滥挖给日后的抚顺地区带来了深远的影响。而作为满铁直营的抚顺煤矿也成为东北地区矿产资源掠夺的一个缩影。满铁占据抚顺煤矿的目的就是为了掠夺抚顺煤炭资源，而通过对抚顺煤炭资源的掠夺也就造成了很多后果。这其中，有些是对日后抚顺煤矿的发展奠定了基础，但更多的是因为不合理的开采，产生了一系列的不良后果。这些不良后果中，对掠夺来的抚顺煤炭资源的利用情况、对抚顺煤矿工人的压榨剥削及对抚顺煤炭掠夺所带来的影响尤为深刻。通过满铁对抚顺煤炭资源掠夺问题的探究，我们可以例证日本在战后做的所谓“大东亚战争总结”史观的谬误，也通过对这一问题的探究，使我们清晰的看出满铁的真实面目。

　　Abstract

　　The Fushun coal mine was occupied by Japanese after the Russo Japanese War. Then itoperated by SMR. SMR was established as a Japanese government national policy company.

　　It owned geographical advantages. In the premise of the right to grab the Fushun coal mining,SMR began to exploit Fushun coal mine. In the 40 years SMR controlled the Fushun coalmine, SMR prospected Fushun coal resources. SMR also made a detailed plan. In order tomeet the strong requirements of the Japanese navy, SMR used all it can do to plunder Fushuncoal mine. This exposed the true nature of SMR.

　　In this forty years of the SMR controlled the Fushun coal mine, Japanese got 200 milliontons coal and 260 million yen. Some of the profit were use in heavy industry especially in themilitary heavy industry. With the coal mine resource SMR not only improved munitionsindustry of Japan but also proved important energy resources to the military.

　　In this forty years, SMR followed the plan and plunder much mine resources fromFushun coal mine. It also exploited the workers in Fushun . SMR influenced the Fushun coalmine. The Fushun coal mine also became a miniature of the SMR plundering. The objectiveof SMR is to get much more mine resources. The plundering also caused many results. Someof them were the foundation of the improvement of Fushun coal mine. The plundering alsocaused many bad results. In these bad results, the plundering of coal mine using conditioninfluenced much terribly. Through the study of the plunder of Fushun coal mine issue, we canproved that the fallacy of the “summary of the war in the East Asia”. We can also know thetruth of SMR.
