　　本文在大量史料的基础上，以辩证唯物主义的原则，论述了俄美公司在北太平洋地区的活动，以展示俄国历史上这一特殊公司的全貌，并做出客观的历史评价。
　　
　　论文主要分为六章：
　　
　　第一章，介绍俄美公司建立的历史背景。白令探险揭开了俄国人开发北美洲的历史，英国在北太平洋的扩张威胁俄国在该地区的利益，各种因素促使俄国商人走上了建立大型联合垄断公司的道路，沙皇政府为实现自身利益推行隐蔽的扩张政策，在此背景下，俄美公司应运而生。
　　
　　第二章，叙述俄美公司经营和贸易活动，包括在北美地区的经营活动（主要是在加利福尼亚地区）、在远东地区与中国的贸易活动、为开辟新的贸易市场积极尝试与日本通商等。
　　
　　第三章，分析俄美公司在北美地区领土扩张的原因及活动，以及远东勘察计划的出台和活动。
　　
　　第四章，揭露俄美公司的殖民统治，利用半份制等手段盘剥俄属移民区狩猎工人、对土着居民进行经济掠夺与政治压迫。
　　
　　第五章，克里米亚战争中俄国惨败和公司经营不善等原因促使沙俄政府出售阿拉斯加地区，而美国从经济和军事等角度出发购买阿拉斯加地区。随着《阿拉斯加割让协定》的签订，俄美公司撤销。
　　
　　第六章，评价俄美公司在北太平洋地区的活动。俄美公司是一个具有半官方性质的贸易垄断公司，它所进行的活动是沙俄殖民侵略扩张的重要组成部分，但客观上也促进了被占领地区的经济发展与文明开化。

　　Abstract
　　
　　This paper is mainly on the basis of abundant datum, taking thedialectical materialism principle, discusses Russia-America Company'sbusiness in the North Pacific region, in order to show whole picture of thespecial company in Russia history, and make an objective evaluation .
　　
　　This paper is mainly divided into the following six chapters:
　　
　　The first chapter mainly introduces the background of establishingRussia-America Company. The Bering's exploration started the history ofdeveloping the North America, the British's expansion in the NorthPacific region threatened the interests of Russia, various factors promotedRussian businessmen to take the way of establishing large joint monopolycompany, the Tsarist government carried out a hidden expansion policyto protect own interests-Russia-America Company was established.
　　
　　The second chapter describes business and trade activities ofRussia-America Company, including businesses in North America（mainly in the California area）， trade with China,try actively to trade withJapan for opening up new market.
　　
　　The third chapter analyses reasons and activities that the companyexpands in North America, and Far East investigation plans and activities.
　　
　　The fourth chapter, Russia-America company used half portionsystem to exploit hunting workers in Russian immigrant area, andimposed economic plunder and political repression on native people.
　　
　　The fifth chapter, Russia's defeat in the Crimea war, the companymismanagement and other reasons, made Russian government sell Alaskaarea. At the same time, the United States purchased Alaska from theeconomic and military views. With “Alaska agreement” being signed,Russia-America Company was revoked.
　　
　　The sixth chapter, appraises activities of Russia-America companyin the north Pacific. As a semi official nature monopoly trading company,its activities was an important part of Russia colonial aggression andexpansion, but objectively promoted the occupied area economicdevelopment and civilization.
