　　在古罗马历史研究方面，学界存在一个公认的观点，即古罗马共和国的共和体制是其崛起的关键因素之一。这个观点正是本文认同并要进行论证的，而这样做的价值就在于本文提出了新的论据与新的论证方法，其特点是对上面观点的论证更加系统、更加具体、更加具有逻辑性。更加系统是指这种论证是一种全面的论证，它会从古罗马共和国的政治、军事、经济等各个方面进行论证；更加具体是指这次不同以往的其他文章，而是会指出具体政治制度的作用；更加具有逻辑性是指本文会具体论证政治制度是如何发挥作用的。不仅如此，本文的论证又引入了现代政治学理论有关政治制度方面的理论，将其作为理论依据也是本文的创新点之一。
　　
　　为了论证整体观点，新的论据与论证方法最终总结为三个独创性观点：（一）政治制度通过影响行为者的策略发挥作用；（二）政治制度通过增强促进公民意识发挥作用；（三）政治制度通过有效促成集体选择发挥作用。
　　
　　此外，文章中还有其他一些亮点，包括史观和史学理论方法。

　　Abstract
　　
　　In the studies of ancient rome history, there is a generally accepted viewpointthat the political institution of ancient roman republic assured its rise. The articleagrees with this viewpoint and tries to find some all new arguments to prove it. Andthese arguments are more systematic, more specific and more logical. And thesearguments reference some professional theories about political institution.
　　
　　In general, the article proposes three all new point to support the viewpointmentioned above. First, political institution can influence strategic approach of actor.
　　
　　Second, political institution can strengthen citizen consciousness. Third, politicalinstitution can help to bring about decision in a group.
　　
　　Besides, there are other highlights on history viewpoint and history researchmethods in the article.
